Many of us can neglect to do before we hit the water is a little warm-up. It’s really important to warm-up before you start any sport to prevent injuries. Check out these useful exercises you can do before you head out on that epic session.

Step 1:

Overhead Stretches

Step 2:

Overhead rotations clockwise (30 seconds) / Overhead rotations counter-clockwise (30 seconds)

Step 3:

Side stretch left and right (30 seconds)

Step 4:

Good mornings (30 seconds)

Step 5:

Mountain climbers (30 seconds)

Step 6:

Overhead squat (10x times)

Step 7:

Burpees (10x times)
