How do I use Amazon Pay?

Just shop on and check out as normal.

How do I find my Amazon PAY Transactions.

Go to and sign in as a “shopper” using your Amazon username and password. One-time purchases are shown on the “Activity” tab, and subscription agreements are on the “Merchant agreements” tab. You can also view your transactions on

If you are on a desktop, your Amazon Pay transactions can be found under “Amazon Orders” within the Amazon Pay tab or in “Your Account” under “Transactions”. If you are in the Amazon app, all transactions are listed together under “Your Orders” or in “Your Account”.

Is my payment information shared?

Amazon do not share your full credit card, debit card or bank account number.

SUP only receives information that is required to complete and support your transaction. This information may include your name, email address and delivery address.

What does it cost me to use Amazon Pay?

The service costs nothing to you. Using Amazon Pay does not add fees to your purchases.

Amazon does not add transaction fees, membership fees or any other fees. Your card issuer, however, may charge fees, such as a foreign transaction fee if your card was issued in a country different from the site on which you are shopping, as well as any other fees described in the terms and conditions for your card.

Can I use Amazon gift cards with Amazon Pay?

At this time, Amazon Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method to place an order using Amazon Pay.

Online payments using Amazon Pay are becoming even more secure because of added security checks.

During checkout, you may be redirected to your bank’s or card issuer’s website to verify your credit or debit card payment.

What happens if I make a return?

If you return some or all of your order, Amazon Pay will issue you with an update soon as we process your return.

Please note, refunds for Amazon payments will be refunded from to Amazon only. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.

As soon as the refund is processed it will be seen in your Amazon online account.

How long will it take until I receive a refund?

Once we have has registered your cancellation or return, the repayment will be processed in five to seven bank days. In the case of a return or cancellation of an order where you have not yet paid, no refund will be made.

Any card payment refund will be made back to the same card which you paid with.
