What is Shop Pay?

Shop Pay is a convenient and secure payment option designed to streamline the checkout process.

It stores your billing and shipping details, making future purchases quicker and hassle-free.

Additionally, Shop Pay integrates with a multitude of payment methods, making it easy for you to choose your preferred option without having to re-enter different payment details every time.

How do I use Shop Pay?

Just shop on and check out as normal.

At our checkout, choose the Shop Pay payment method.

Create or connect your Shop Pay account: If you already have a Shop Pay account, sign in using your credentials. If not, you can create a new account by providing your email address and setting up a password.

Enter your shipping and billing details: Shop Pay will automatically pull any available information stored in your account, such as saved addresses. Ensure that the details are correct and make any necessary updates.

Select your payment method: At this stage, you can choose your preferred payment method, such as credit/debit card or PayPal. Shop Pay supports a variety of payment options, so select the one that suits you best.

Confirm your order: Review your order summary, including the shipping address and products, before proceeding to complete the purchase. If everything looks good, click on the "PAY NOW" button.

Why should I use Shop Pay over other checkout options?

Enjoy a faster checkout experience: By using Shop Pay, your billing and shipping information will be securely stored, making future purchases on participating websites much quicker.

You can also track your orders and manage your account settings through the Shop Pay dashboard.

Is my payment information shared?

Shop Pay do not share your full credit card, debit card or bank account number. only receives information that is required to complete and support your transaction. This information may include your name, email address and delivery address.

What does it cost me to use Shop Pay?

The service costs nothing to you. Using Shop Pay does not add fees to your purchases.

Shop Pay does not add transaction fees, membership fees or any other fees. Your card issuer, however, may charge fees, such as a foreign transaction fee if your card was issued in a country different from the site on which you are shopping, as well as any other fees described in the terms and conditions for your card.

What payment methods can be used with Shop Pay?

Shop Pay accepts credit cards and debit cards to make payments.

What additional security checks are in place?

Online payments using Shop Pay are becoming even more secure because of added security checks.

During checkout, you may be redirected to your bank’s or card issuer’s website to verify your credit or debit card payment.

You may need to authenticate using a one-time code via SMS or Email or other security measures depending on the device you are using.

What happens if I make a return?

If you return some or all of your order, Shop Pay will issue you with an update soon as we process your return.

Please note, refunds for Shop Pay payments will be refunded from to Shop Pay only. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.

As soon as the refund is processed it will be seen in your Shop Pay App.

How long will it take until I receive a refund?

Once we have has registered your cancellation or return, the repayment will be processed in five to seven bank days. In the case of a return or cancellation of an order where you have not yet paid, no refund will be made.

Any card payment refund will be made back to the same card which you paid with.
