Featuring a heavy-duty Military-Grade PVC construction and an extra-wide 33” platform, the Recon 3.0 offers a rock-solid base for gear-heavy expeditions, or navigating unpredictable waters. With its refined 2026 design and heat-fused Welded Seam Technology, this board delivers the ultimate combination of rugged strength and effortless handling in any environment.

Built on a foundation of industrial-strength durability, the Recon utilizes a customisable fin system to tackle the rigors of shallow river beds, rocky coastlines, and light rapids. The 33” wide-deck design provides a massive, stable footprint, making it the ideal platform for those carrying extra cargo for paddle expeditions or adventures.

Control and safety are at the forefront of the Recon's engineering. The board features a full-length, high-traction EVA foam deck pad with deep diamond-grooving, ensuring maximum grip even when the board is loaded with gear. Thanks to Wave's advanced Welded Seam Technology (WST), the Recon 3.0 offers a rigid, non-flexing experience that tracks exceptionally well through chop and moving water. A quick release triple-fin system allows for regular or shallow water setup. It is a board built to stay level and composed, regardless of the load or the water conditions.
