If dropped, it floats back to the surface for easy retrieval. The deck bag also features a removable shoulder strap for easy transport, a front weatherproof pocket for accessories, outer bungee webbing for storing smaller items, and 6 side buckle connectors for easy and secure fastening.

Apart from being totally waterproof, the Overboard deck bag also features a removable shoulder strap for easy transportation, plus a front weatherproof accessories / document pocket and outer bungee webbing to easily store and  locate smaller items.
