Description

The F-One Sushi is all about roll and control. Designed for riders who want to stay close to the curl and execute quick, precise manoeuvres, the Sushi brings a new flavour to the F-One foil range. With a profile engineered for maximum control and agility, the Sushi delivers instant turn response and precision when it counts.

Everything about the F-One Sushi has been tuned to give you absolute control in the wave. This foil allows you to manage your speed effortlessly, stay stable in the foam, and surf right in the curl. There’s no need for long bottom turns to regulate speed, which makes quick cutbacks, fast snaps, and tight transitions feel easy and intuitive.

The roll characteristics have been pushed to the maximum. Rail-to-rail feels immediate and natural, to the point where you almost only need to control the foil with your toes. The sensation is strikingly close to surfing a traditional surfboard, with a foil that reacts instantly and predictably beneath your feet.

With its 7.7 aspect ratio, the Sushi balances glide and manoeuverability while favouring control over outright speed. Thanks to its high camber profile, it also delivers an incredible low-end with very consistent power. The lift is always there, smooth and progressive, giving you the same support throughout the turn. Pumping back to the peak is very efficient and effortless as well.

With a sail in your hands, whether you’re freeflying with a wing or K-Wing, or pushing upwind with a pocket wing, the Sushi still delivers surprising speed and effortless efficiency. Upwind performance is swift, so you never have to fight drag or overwork to accelerate.

With a slightly reduced speed compared to the SK8, the Sushi doesn’t aim to replace it, but rather to complement it. Depending on the conditions and your riding style, one may shine more than the other. When the waves are steeper, the period is shorter, and control and roll are your priorities, the SUSHI is the obvious choice.

The Sushi is all about unlocking pure surf foiling, where roll and control come together in every turn.

Features:
  • Maximum roll and maneuverability: Small turning radius that pushes rail-to-rail turns to the max, making transitions smooth and intuitive, closest thing to riding a surfboard
  • Optimized for lower-speed wave riding: Allows outstanding control in the pocket, quick cutbacks, and fast snaps without needing long bottom turns running away from the wave. Instead, it maintains a controlled speed, allowing the rider to keep turning and carving even when the wave becomes steeper or more powerful
  • Exceptional low-end, efficient pumping back to the peak, while maintaining a rapid upwind ability
  • Versatile across disciplines, whether it’s surf foiling, K-winging, pocket winging or tow foiling
  • Shines for short period surfing and steeper waves
  • Slightly back-footed feeling to get as close as possible to the original surf feel
