What is Google Pay?
Google pay is an app that allows you to enjoy faster, safer, easier checkouts when you add your payment cards to Google Wallet.
Not only can you make purchases with Kitesurf, you can tap and pay with Google Pay everywhere that takes contactless payments and know that your personal payment details are kept safe and secure.
There are no additional sign-ups or sign-ins for this option.
How do I use Google Pay?
Just shop on SUP and check out as normal.
At checkout, choose the Google Pay payment method.
If you already have an Google Pay account, there is no additional registration necessary, which means you don’t need to create a new account
If you don't have a Google Pay account, you can download the app from the Android Play Store here.
If you have multiple payment methods, select the one you want to use. Verify the payment details and confirm the transaction. You may need to authenticate using your fingerprint, PIN, or other security measures depending on the device you are using.
Why should I use Google Pay over other checkout options?
Google Pay allows you to make payments quickly with just a few taps. You no longer need to enter your card details or billing address every time you make a purchase online.
Google Pay uses multiple layers of security to protect your payment information. Your sensitive data is not shared during the transaction.
Google Pay seamlessly integrates with other Google services like Gmail or Google Assistant. For example, if you want to add additional items to you order, we can send you an email with a payment request, you can easily initiate the payment through Google Pay without leaving your inbox.

How do I find my Google Pay Transactions.
Open the Google Pay App on your smartphone and tap Insight
Scroll down to see your recent transactions. To see your full transaction history, tap all transactions.
To check details about a transaction, tap it.
You can see more info about the transaction including from what linked account the transaction was made.
To see your transaction history with the retailer, tap the vendor button at the bottom.
Is my payment information shared?
Google Pay do not share your full credit card, debit card or bank account number.
SUP only receives information that is required to complete and support your transaction. This information may include your name, email address and delivery address.
What does it cost me to use Google Pay?
The service costs nothing to you. Using Google Pay does not add fees to your purchases.
Google Pay does not add transaction fees, membership fees or any other fees. Your card issuer, however, may charge fees, such as a foreign transaction fee if your card was issued in a country different from the site on which you are shopping, as well as any other fees described in the terms and conditions for your card.
Can I use Google Pay gift cards as part of my purchase?
At this time, Google Pay Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method to place an order using Google Pay.
Google Pay Gift Cards can only be used to purchase eligible goods and services in person.
What payment methods can be used with Google Pay?
Google Pay accepts credit cards and debit cards to make payments.
What additional security checks are in place?
Online payments using Google Pay are becoming even more secure because of added security checks.
During checkout, you may be redirected to your bank’s or card issuer’s website to verify your credit or debit card payment.
You may need to authenticate using your fingerprint, PIN, or other security measures depending on the device you are using.
What happens if I make a return?
If you return some or all of your order, Google Pay will issue you with an update soon as we process your return.
Please note, refunds for Google Pay payments will be refunded from SUP.co.uk to Google Pay only. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.
As soon as the refund is processed it will be seen in your Google Wallet App.
How long will it take until I receive a refund?
Once we have has registered your cancellation or return, the repayment will be processed in five to seven bank days. In the case of a return or cancellation of an order where you have not yet paid, no refund will be made.
Any card payment refund will be made back to the same card which you paid with.
